Here we go:

BiggestLoser.com: How did you get started as a trainer?
Dolvett Quince: I got my first certification while working at the YMCA.

What do you do to stay in shape?
I work out daily, usually hit the gym four times a week doing combination movement and mixing cardio in between. The other days I like to do classes like yoga or cycling.

Have you ever been out of shape?
I was a skinny kid growing up.  It was a different kind of out of shape.

How does the Biggest Loser At Home Program help members with their weight loss and fitness goals?
The Biggest Loser At Home Program gives you nutrition tips and workout ideas that you might not know about!

What is your favorite Biggest Loser At Home program tool?
My favorite Biggest Loser At Home Program tool is the calorie counter.

What is the biggest mistake you see people make when they want to get fit and lose weight?
The biggest mistake people make is that they start a workout program but they don't have a eating program! You need both.

What advice would you give someone just getting started on their weight loss and fitness journey?
Go to BiggestLoser.com.  We worked really hard to extend the benefits of the show to get you started and keep you motivated to improve your health.

Have you ever been on a diet?
I've never been on a diet. I've always been on a lifestyle.

What is the greatest challenge with training the contestants on "The Biggest Loser?"
Helping them believe that they can work out, that they can lose the weight.

Which contestant from the show really moved you?
All of them affect me. Their stories are so inspiring.

What are you doing when you aren't working on "The Biggest Loser?"
I'm traveling, guest speaking, donating to my favorite charities and studying new forms of workouts.

What does your typical day look like?
I start on social media, reaching out to fans, which is so inspiring. I work out, I take meetings, train some celebrity friends, spend time with my family and cook dinner.

What music do you like to work out to?
I love hip-hop!! Work out to it every day.

How would you describe your training style?
I think I push the right balance of passion and belief in the middle of  physical training, so my style is taking care of the inside while sculpting the outside.

What's the best workout for beginners?
Cardio with weights. If you're walking, grab some weights and do bicep curls the entire time, your body will thank you for it! Add a shoulder press from time to time, too!

What were the challenges of working with the child contestants?
The kids were great. Lindsay had pre-diabetes, which was scary. But after changing her food choices and exercise habits it was all gone.

What advice would you give parents who want to help their child lose weight and get fit?
Parents, go to the gym with your kids, set time to go outside as a family and fill your kitchen with healthy choices.

If I only have a half hour to exercise each day, what's the most efficient use of my exercise time?
Combination movement, i.e., do standing lunges with 10-pound weights and do shoulder presses! Work more than one muscle group at a time!

A lot of people gain weight when they start working out ... Can you talk about that?
Muscle is heavier than fat, so you will gain mass when you start to work out. The benefit is muscle will also lean you out, so get ready for those clothes to fit better!

How do you stay encouraged if you are working out and counting calories but the scale isn't moving?
Are your clothes fitting better, are the compliments pouring in? Those are great ways to stay encouraged!

Can you talk about weight loss plateaus and how to break through?
If you find that you are plateauing then switch up your workout, your body has grown accustomed to that routine. Try a new class challenge!

What happens when a Cheat Day becomes a Cheat Week or Cheat Month ... What kind of tips do you have for getting back on track?
When a Cheat Day becomes a Cheat Month, you've gone too far to the dark side. Get back on track by planning your meals, schedule your workouts by setting your alarm clock. And bring a friend!

How do you work out when you have an injury? How do you stay motivated?
An injury can be stressful, but it's isolated. Work different body parts to maintain your physique and keep your head in the game.

I hate the gym! What are some fun ways I can burn calories and stay in shape?
Luckily working out doesn't have to be limited to the gym, you can do outside sports like biking, basketball, or even hiking!

What are your suggestions for busy moms who don't have time to get to the gym?
Busy mom? Try our Biggest Loser DVDs when you put the kids down for a nap. Also bring the kids to the park and push the stroller while you do your lunges!

I'm overweight because I just love to eat. I love food. Any suggestions how to count calories?
A great way to count calories is to read the label.  Most food products list the exact amount per serving.  Also, it's good to have a cooking scale and measuring tools in the kitchen!
